1Halal is a digital marketplace connecting independent sellers ("Sellers") of Halal-certified or Sharia-compliant goods and services with buyers ("Buyers"). 1Halal provides the infrastructure for these transactions but is not the manufacturer or owner of the products sold by third-party vendors.
Seller Warranty: Every Seller warrants that any product labeled "Halal" meets recognized international Halal standards.
Documentation: Sellers must provide valid Halal certification from a recognized body upon request or as part of their shop setup.
Zero Tolerance: 1Halal reserves the right to immediately suspend any Seller found to be misrepresenting the Halal status of a product.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
Transactions: Payments are processed through our authorized third-party payment gateways.
Commission: 1Halal deducts a standard commission fee from each sale. Fees are subject to change with prior notice to Sellers.
Taxes: Sellers are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) in their respective jurisdictions.
Beyond standard illegal items, the following are strictly prohibited on 1Halal:
Non-Halal meat or by-products.
Alcoholic beverages or products containing prohibited intoxicants.
Products related to gambling (Maysir) or usury (Riba).
Any items deemed offensive to Islamic values or ethics.
Shipping: Sellers are responsible for the fulfillment and shipping of orders within the timeframe specified on the product page.
Refunds: Returns and refunds are governed by the specific Seller’s policy, provided they meet the minimum consumer protection laws of the Buyer’s region.
1Halal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to product defects, shipping delays, or inaccuracies in Halal labeling provided by Sellers.
All content, logos, and software on 1Halal are the property of 1Halal or its licensors. Users may not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without express written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Your Country/State]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Manila PH.
